Detailed itinerary.
Day 1: Transfer from Entebbe Airport to Kampala/hotel.
On the first day of your trip, the company driver picks you up from the airport and transfers you to Kampala, where you will check in at any hotel in Kampala. Depending on your arrival time, you will enjoy your late lunch and have an evening city tour around the Nakasero market, the Uganda Museum, and the craft shops and later return to your lodge for relaxation, then dinner and overnight stay at your booked lodge

Day 2: Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park
Get up early in the morning, take a heavy breakfast at your hotel in Kampala, check out and meet with your driver to start a long journey to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park in the southwestern part of Uganda. The journey takes approximately 8-9 hours’
Drive via the Masaka–Mbarara highway. You will have a stopover at the equator for some beautiful photographs, and then proceed to Mbarara for lunch and then set off to Bwindi via the Kabale–Kisoro road, where you will see beautiful scenery. Arriving late in the evening, check in at your booked hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 3: Gorilla habituation in Rushaga Sector
You will wake up very early, have a morning breakfast, meet with your driver with your packed lunch and head to Rushaga sector headquarters for a briefing where you’re taught about the rules and regulations of the activity and then start your habituation alongside armed rangers, habituators, and researchers. This is considered a full-day activity, and it allows tourists to spend four hours with habituated mountain gorillas, watching them do daily activities, eating habits, taking photos and learning more about their habits, among many other things. Thereafter, after the experience, return to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 4: transfer back to Kampala and depart
You will enjoy your morning breakfast early, check out of the lodge, and meet your driver to start your journey back to Kampala with a stopover in Mbarara for lunch, then proceed. On arriving in Kampala, you will be dropped off at the airport for your onwards flight back home or any other place advised in Kampala/Entebbe.
